Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία. Το σπίτι βρισκόταν σε πολύ ωραία περιοχή όπου υπήρχε εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παραλία είχε πολύ όμορφα μπαλκόνια και ήταν εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστεί.
