Мы выбрали эту квартиру, так как нам очень понравились фото - было видно, что всё новое, чистое и со вкусом. Сначала мы думали, что это далековато от центра, но оказалось, что это прекрасное расположение - пляж в этом месте с мелкой разноцветной галькой в 5 минутах медленной ходьбы. 3 минуты ходьбы до городской парковки, но нам везло и место для машины всегда было у самого дома. И совсем рядом - около речки или канала - потрясающее итальянское мороженое). И самый большой магазин города Галаксиас рядом. А вечерние прогулки по набережной сами по себе прекрасны, даже хорошо, что надо было куда-то идти к центру, полезно) В самой квартире все отлично, планировка удобная, всё продумано для удобства гостей, красивые новые окна, много приятных мелочей - масло сливочное и оливковое, уксус, специи, мармелад, капсулы кофе, несколько капсул для стиральной машины и т.д. Будем иметь в виду это место для следующих приездов в Лутраки!
