El apartamento en general. Bien adecuado.
El aparcamiento. No dispone de aparcamiento. Se aparca en la calle y nosotros tuvimos que dar varias vueltas y esperar, para poder aparcar finalmente.

The beach is close: 5-7 minutes down a cozy street. The nearest beach (Plugue de Centre Vill) is very nice, clean, and sandy. Convenient free parking is provided, not on the roadway. It is safe and close to the entrance (if there are no spaces during the workday, they will definitely become available in the evening, don't worry). Our apartment occupied the entire first floor, with other apartments on the second floor and another small house in the courtyard. But no one disturbed anyone else. The terrace is completely at your disposal. The air conditioning was sufficient to cool the entire house. Overall, I highly recommend it!
It's pity that there's no washing machine. I think it's worth finding a way to install it. It is also necessary to carry out an audit in the kitchen and add what is missing (some pans did not have lids, but they could be replaced).
