Newly renovated home near MK Stadium & Hospital

Quiet and safe location, close to a large shopping centre where M and S is for food and Bletchley Park is about 10 minutes in the car. Good parking space. Deceptively large interior. 4 bedrooms 2 single and 2 double. Generally very clean. Large fridge-freezer, good dishwasher. Didn’t use the washing machine but it’s there. Detergents provided. There’s also a small air fryer. Comfortable beds. Digital front door key so we didn’t have to carry a key around. Some packets of crisps and some chocolate biscuits, tea, coffee and sugar provided.

There’s a great potential to make this a really fabulous place. The basics are there already but attention to a few things required. The bins outside have not been emptied. In particular the recycling bin was overflowing. The oven has not been cleaned. There was a used foil tray still inside. For a property with 4 bedrooms which can accommodate at least 6 people, there should be more plates/ dishes and cutlery available. The back garden was very unsightly with overgrown weeds and grass and unkempt looking fence. No curtains or blinds for the lounge area looking out to the back of the house. No handwashing soap for the kitchen sink. Only a small amount of toilet paper provided. There should be adequate provisions in the main bathroom to hang up the towels. The towel rail currently installed is tiny and flimsy and only stuck on the plastic wall on one side.
