It was clean. The position is great conserning beach acces. It has air condition. Most things are new and in good shape.
There was a problem with electricity that was adressed in timely manner. Shower is very small. Beds are very squiky and it was difficult to have good night sleep. We had to make our on beds, and collect the sheets in the office which you pay extra. So I pay to make it my own. Parking was not acssesible when there are all venichles inside. Could not get in or out.
