Sea view and beach access were the best things about the property. If you are there only for a beach and dont care about other comforts then it is a right place. We have spent one week there and it was our 4th time on this sea shore. We have seen a lot previous times, this time travelling only for the beach. Key collection and check in were easy. We also got our deposit back without any problems. People at the agency are friendly.

Appartment is really old, bathroom and air conditioning had signs of fungus. Drapes and bed comforters need immediate washing. Matresses have also aged pretty much. Old and broken things should be thrown away from the closets. All this simply gives the appartment a smell and feel of dirt. The place is 11km away from Jesolo lighthouse and around 9 from the very long shopping street. There is short shopping street just downstairs with supermarket and restaurants. If you are lucky you can get a parkind spot on the residence property. It is quite busy though and booking costs 60€ per week at the agency.

the shower is small and overflowing, the bathroom sometimes smells, the awning on the balcony is missing, the swimming pool is not open all day, for example after lunch is closed till 15:30, what was not written on the booking.com, few parking place
