Il n'y a rien à ajouter, tout était parfait contrairement à Porto où l'hôtel était une "pension de famille" sale, salle de bains salle et avec des cafard (j'ai du me laver dans ma chambre où il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et nous étions en octobre) cuisine toute petite, sans couverts et sale, four micro onde sale, pas de lampe de chevet et malgré toutes les photos (que j'ai encore et que je vous ai envoyés) vous n'avez jamais eu un geste commercial.

First off, the address on all the bookings was NOT the address of the property. I was sent info showing Tv.Andolfi, 21 Pompei, Italy 80045 This is NOT the address and the actual address is number 16 and is about 1/2 mile away from the address on all the paperwork After finally getting the address sorted and even MORE walking, they didn’t have a record of my booking. And no one there seems to speak english (which is fine but for a tourist area i’d expect that someone on staff would be able to). I was talked to rapidly and no attempt was made to even say it in a language I could understand. Or even to try to use a translator. Luckily someone who also had used booking.com and was also sent the wrong address (but oddly a different wrong address than I was sent) was able to speak both english and italian and helped. But it took 20 plus minutes to get sorted. Also, there is a gate out front that gets closed at some point. And they never bothered to state this or give a code. So if you are seeing a concert or late night in pompeii, you will be locked out and have to ring the owner multiple times to get in. And he will seem aggravated that he had to come out in his nightclothes and point at the code even though no one ever made an effort to tell you you even needed a code. This was before midnight mind you Also, be aware if you plan to walk everywhere, the street in front of the hotel does not have sidewalks and there is no way around walking it. It is a one way road, but the cars go by fast and it is very dangerous Also be aware, there is nothing around. And you’re looking at at least a 30 minute walk for food or drink or anything. There is absolutely nothing close
