Very clean. Nicely decorated. Fresh. Had everything we needed. Quiet.
So close to the lake for swimming. And the lake is beautiful. Most of the time we had our own private beach (we were just out of season). Good for a base for day trips. Close to the supermarket and good transport links. Bus stop at top of road and train station 10 minutes walk. Hosts are lovely and very responsive to any questions. It is very good value.
I knew when booking this property that isn’t in a town. I would say you do need a car really.

Gorgeous property, well kept and very clean. A real oasis of calm amid the heat and the perfect place to unwind. We really enjoyed our stay
Not a major issue but the private beach wasn’t somewhere we felt comfortable sitting or swimming necessarily. We hired a car and it was very easy to get to different points on the lake/ Como/ Orta so would recommend having a car if staying here!

The flat was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable, nice balcony, quiet neighbourhood. The „private beach“ is a treat, its a separate area with everything you need for a super chill off day or quiet family holidays (it has tables, deck chairs an all of that stuff).
The communication with the host was very good as well, he gives you a good plan how to access the building and is always available if you have questions. He even was very patient with me since i took some time to pay the city tax.
The only thing i wasnt aware of when i booked was, that the area is mostly only holiday flats and campings. Most nearby restaurants are along a super long big street. If you are just looking for a place to find peace and qietness, swim in the lake, calm down, the location is perfect, but if you want to stroll round a bit, find some restaurants, shops ect. the next option is arona which is bout 30min if you take the bus. If you have a car none of this matters, since they have a parking space as well.

Нове приміщення з усіма зручностями і затишною терасою. Розташування зручне, супермаркет поряд. Дорога до Комо, Мілана, Стрези та Лугано не займає багато часу
Нема такого!
