The location is great! Being on the 4th floor gives a great view over the other buildings and you can clearly enjoy the ocean view. Security was great and being on a quiet street also made the stay very pleasant.
There was nothing that we did not like. It was a bit tricky to find (based on Google Maps) but when we called to get info, we were immediately assisted.
