Great amenities! Full kitchen with cookware, though we only used coffee maker, fridge and hot water kettle. Hot water readily available for shower. Plenty of lighting. Two TVs — Roku enabled. Separate bedroom with door (unlike studio or most hotel rooms) was great to stay undisturbed for late evening entry of 3rd guest. Sofa was not pull-out (owner explained a reason for furniture change) though a queen air mattress was available. Elevator from garage or ground entry conveniently right next to stairs. Very close to campus & Gayley St. End unit decently quiet from neighbors in hall. Pay the extra for a garage space! It’s securely gated and owner provided remote clicker. One pic is view directly across from unit on Landfair. We hope to stay here for student move-out next year! Thanks Reed

Plenty of street noise. You can’t be in the midst of student housing and expect silence! Finals week meant revelry into wee hours (yawn)

The location was perfect for visiting UCLA Hospital. The amenities were perfect for coming back to sleep and leaving as soon as possible in the morning. There was coffee and snacks, even instant oatmeal. It was comfortable and I would highly recommend it.

The only downside was a little bit of noise from the neighborhood. This neighborhood is mostly student housing, and I was there during finals week so there were quite a lot of parties going on. However, the only noise was students walking up and down the street talking loudly, so it didn't bother me much.

We especially appreciated having a parking space. The apt was lovely and quiet.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment. Very good price. Easy to enter with codes on the building door and apartment door.

The sheets and pillows could have been better quality.
