Location, parking spot, responsiveness of host, value for price, accessibility, pet friendly, full kitchen.
Although the apartment was insulated, the location is in the heart of college living so a bit noisy on weekend nights. Can also hear a lot of noises inside the apartment like the front door closing (below) and people walking in the room above.

Snacks and waters were awesome “extra”.
Only suggestion would be to mention street parking, which was all good. Just useful to know.

Perfect location - was within walking distance of the UCLA campus and other stores. Kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. Snacks and water bottles, and some toiletries were provided! The space was clean and had enough towels and paper goods. Owner was easily accessible, friendly, and communicative. Paid parking space available. It was easy to come and go each day, and to check in and out.
The shower head was quite low. The chair in the photo was missing (not a huge deal). The futon bed was kind of short, but a teenager was sleeping on it so he didn’t mind curling up.

Property was in a great location, very clean, and a very comfortable stay. The owner was very accommodating and nice and helped us when we had issues. Will definitely book again here!
