2 Bedr Portmarnock Dublin Suburb

​It is rare when official photos on Booking.com fail to capture how stunning a place actually is, but this neighborhood and apartment completely blew us away! The beautiful greenery and castle-like buildings give you a truly aristocratic experience. The apartment is stylish, cozy, functional, and beautifully decorated in creamy whites, with very comfortable beds. ​Our host, Brian, truly elevated our stay with his exceptional communication and hospitality. Before we arrived, he proactively kept track of our travel timing to ensure a seamless check-in. When I realized last minute that I had forgotten to let him know we were bringing a rental car, he sorted out a parking spot for us without hesitation. He called to guide us smoothly onto the property and then warmly welcomed us in person. Throughout our stay, he checked in to make sure we were comfortable, offered great local tips like visiting Malahide Castle, and made our early checkout completely hassle-free. ​Portmarnock is a gorgeous seaside town. 100% recommended!

Nothing at all, everything was perfect!

The property was exactly what we were looking for. As a family of four (two adults, a baby and a toddler), it was the perfect fit. The two-bedroom layout worked really well, with one bedroom having an en-suite and a separate family bathroom, giving us plenty of space. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating area, which was the perfect place to relax in the evenings after a day of exploring. Our host kindly provided a high chair, which was much appreciated. The cot provided was suitable for babies up to around six months, so it was a little small for our little one, but we’d brought our own travel cot, so it wasn’t an issue at all. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend it to other families.

Brian, the owner was wonderful. Super helpful, lots of suggestions for good places to go, sorted stuff out for us really quickly. Checked in every day, even gave us a lift. Thank you! Appt location was perfect for the dart. So getting about without a car was easy. Appt was a great space, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so perfect for 2 couples. Lovely balcony to enjoy the good weather from. Could self cater with the kitchen equipment and nice touches such as dishwasher tablets and shower gels.

Appt could do with some tlc.
