Het ruime huis is mooi, rustgevend ingericht. Het zwembad, dat zeker een meerwaarde is, wordt goed onderhouden. Het huis is rustig, maar goed gelegen om verschillende kastelen / dorpjes / steden in de buurt te kunnen bezoeken. Er is een bad in de badkamer aanwezig voor de liefhebbers. Er hoort een fijn privéterras bij het huis. Een was- en droogmachine zijn ter beschikking in een gedeelde wasruimte. Dit is zeker een plusplunt.
1 van de drie kamers kan absoluut niet verduisterd worden. Toen wij er verbleven kregen we te maken met een serieuze mierenplaag in de keuken én zaten er ook mieren in de badkamer. Niet aangenaam. De douche vonden wij niet zo handig : enkel een douchekop die je voortdurend in de hand moet houden om te douchen. In de gemeenschappelijke spelletjesruimte buiten zit een zwarte laag (schimmel?) op de muur.
