Wooded Bubble

1. Everything was super super clean! 5 stars! Even the outside loo was spotless! 2. The hosts thought of the little things - supplying BBQ equipment and cutlery, a hair dryer and the interior of the tent was carefully thought out. 3. It has electric! And 2 lamps! 4. The bed was comfy 5. Looking up at the stars at night was amazing and such an experience 6. The wood burning hot tub was very cool (but too warm for my 4 year old) - but my husband and I loved it 7. Lovely smelling toiletries in the shower and air fresheners! 8. The set up is very well done. 9. It's unique! 10. The golf buggy was a welcomed addition to save walking up and down the hill in the heat 11. The sheep !

1. The tent was uncomfortably hot. We turned the air conditioning on at 3pm when we arrived, but it wasn't until 9pm that the temperature became manageable inside- we sat outside as long as we could, but with a 4 year old, he was really tired and we had to go inside. It was so warm in the tent when we arrived that my phone's started malfunctioning when I went inside to unpack due to it being so hot. We managed to get a few hours sleep but as soon as the sun came up in the morning- by 6:30am, despite the air conditioning being on, it became too warm to stay inside, my 4 year old was crying due to the heat in the tent and so we packed up and left by 8am. We did stay during one of the hottest days of the year - 30° outside, but I had hoped the air conditioning would have helped. If I'd known this I would have booked in either spring or autumn. Not the hosts fault however - mother nature's fault! 2. I tried to contact the host several times before my stay and had no response. I sent 2 messages on booking.com (no response), I also sent a what's app message and a text message and no response, which was disappointing given there were such great reviews and the hosts responsiveness - however when I met the host in person she was very friendly and nice.
