Amazing stay. Balcony gets sun all day, perfect location - clean, bright, safe! Perfect city break stay.

the apartment is very well appointed with everything you need. It actually felt like a home, as it even provided the little things. It is exceptionally clean, and everything is in perfect working order. The lighting was fantastic, as well as the black out blinds which were great for sleeping . the apartment backs on to an other apartments and a courtyard, so very quiet, at all times of the night. It even had a deck to sit on. It was short 14 minute walk to the old town, mainly through porticoes. Even the 20 minute walk the the train station was ok, as most of the walk is through porticioes. Also, very spacious, both the living room, bedroom, with ample storage. Being on the 4th floor, it has an elevator. The host, Daniele, communicates very well. Most of our communication was through whatsapp. He lives next door so very easy to get the keys for pickup/dropoff.

this was the best place we stayed in on our 23 days vacation.

Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und es alles hat bestens geklappt. Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal für eine Besichtigung von Bologna. Daniele, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Daniel apartment is very well located, 100 m from the start of the arcade promenade leading to the old town and 20 mn by foot to the train station. The train app Trainline makes travelling to the nearby cities (Ferrara, Modena, Parma and Ravenna) easy and hassle free. The apartment is extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed dining on the balcony at sunset. Last but not least, Daniel is a wonderful host and provided us with many useful advices and recommendations
