Bond Street Apartment

Easy to collect keys because a human came and met us. Slightly disappointing was the delay in meeting us. Having been asked for arrival time and update throughout our 6 hour journey, 1830 was always the time given, the person with the keys did not turn up until 1900. The location of the flat, even with 4 flights of stairs, was excellent, exactly what we needed. Cleanliness and facilities all good.

Umid was very helpful on arrival, carried our cases, explained the switches and controls. No tea towel or wiping cloth to begin with. A tea towel but cloth was provided on the 2nd day. There was NO wifi. The stated address just did not exist. The flat screen tv could not receive normal terrestrial tv so could not watch any world cup matches. The radio in the flat did not work, no aerial. I had to download the BBC sounds app to the tv to get radio. Air conditioning was not functioning. 34 deg C!

Clean and great location.

Not the property’s fault at all but we stayed on what was the hottest day of the year and it was so hot 🥵

La struttura è perfetta per una famiglia come la nostra con due bimbi. La camera matrimoniale è bella spaziosa mentre il soggiorno dispone di un divano letto matrimoniale. La cucina è fornita di tutto l’occorrente. La posizione è perfetta, la zona è molto vivace con tanti locali e ristorantini, con la fermata metro di Bond Street a soli 5 minuti. In soli 20 minuti a piedi si arriva a Piccadilly Circus o Buckingham Palace . Il proprietario era sempre disponibile, ci siamo sentiti sempre via whatsapp e quando avevamo bisogno ci ha sempre supportati.
