Very spacious apartment.

Down a a dark alley through a gate so abit hard to find

The property itself met my expectations, obviously the host put in effort to set up the place with most of the needed appliances - the surroundings, on the other hand, were unexpectedly challenging (see below).

The property door is located in a sort of a yard separated from the alley by two iron gates with barbed wire on top of them, apparently to no avail. It's paved with washed-out cobblestone where a clogged sewer overflew, granting a persistent smell and plenty of flies which occasionally get into the apartment through the windows with no insect nets. Rats roam the yard during nights, given that the place is not occupied with people engaging in voluntary intoxication, or indulging to various sexual practices. The cleaning of the place leaves much to be desired, we had to improve it for our peace of mind immediately after entering the apartment from the hall adorned with bags containing used linen - they eventually got replaced with other bags containing cleaned bedding sets.
