The breakfast was good, the view is very good, and customer care is good, but Wi-Fi had a problem was cutting off often, and the shower was licking aside. But in General we have enjoyed 👍

I think you need more Life jackets for kids, and is better to have a more mattes in front of bathroom door to dry our feet after bathing. I think is what we have noticed

My wife, our children, and I truly enjoyed our stay and felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The service, hospitality, food, lake tour, and the enthusiasm of every staff member were simply outstanding. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. What impressed us the most was seeing how comfortable and happy our children were. At just 4 and 2 years old, Harvey and Harley thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which speaks volumes about the warm and family-friendly environment you have created. The only challenge we experienced was the condition of the access road leading to the property. While I understand that this is beyond Amara's direct control, it is an area where advocacy with the relevant authorities could make a significant difference. Unfortunately, the poor road condition caused damage to my vehicle and resulted in unexpected repair costs that I had not budgeted for. That said, this was the only downside to an otherwise outstanding experience, and it did not diminish the exceptional hospitality and service provided by the Amara team.
