The attitude of the staff. This made up for any short comings that the property had. Any issues that I had (and there were many) was very promptly sorted out, with a smile.
The approach to the property is a dirt track and unlit at night. The rooms are quite small. Breakfast options are extremely limited and took a lot of time to prepare.
