Location was beautiful and safe. Outside and inside was very clean. Beautiful view of the river. Spacious too!
If I have to pick one area to improve- The mattresses both felt a little worn, you felt like you were sloping towards the middle of the bed.

Great location on the river! It had enough.
The cabinet under the sink has lost.paint from use as that is where the garbage is and the fridge needed dusting.
