Downtown Riverfront Condo Best location in Bend

Lovely location with view and sounds of the River. Enjoyed the River Trail. Close drive to Mill District and walking distance to downtown. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. The couch was not bad. Nice dining room table. Heat and air conditioning were very good. The water pressure in the bathroom of the main condo section was very good. The swimming pool and hot tub were a great perk. They are both large and the temperatures were about perfect (felt like 102 in hot tub and probably 85 to 90 in the pool). The neighborhood was nice and felt safe walking around. Beautiful homes across the river.

The water pressure in the bedroom suite shower and kitchen were awful. The tub and shower are still old. The shower in the bedroom suite wasn't useable due to the extremely low water pressure. The swimming pool and hot tub facility was clean, however, the pool and tub walls are in desperate need of a thorough cleaning.

Location was great. Very cool spot on the river.

Property over all was shabby, from the exterior grounds to the interior of the unit I rented. As a house painter I notice the details. The buildings needed attention as did the unit.
