Very nice and clean

It’s important to include a guide where to find how to open gate at night when going out when it wasn’t clear

Дуже сподобався готель, відмінне розташування - ходили гуляти всюди в центрі пішки, роздивляючись вулички. Поруч багато магазинів та кафе і в той же час затишно. Номер чистий , красивий, все продумано для зручності.

Не дуже комфортна система реєстрації, поки проходили її вона ще й глючила.

When we arrived at the room, we wanted to take a quick shower and use the hairdryer. Suddenly, the power went out. Since there was no reception at the property, we contacted them by phone and explained the problem. The person we spoke to told us that they would send us a video and that we could fix the problem ourselves. The video instructed us to go two floors below the ground floor, into what can only be described as a terrible storage/basement area. It was extremely dark, unpleasant and honestly quite frightening. None of the signs or markings shown in the video were actually there, so the video was clearly outdated. After spending a long time trying to solve the problem ourselves without success, we went back to the room and called the property again. The person we spoke to was still offering to send more photos and videos instead of actually sending someone to help us. We had to explain very clearly that we were on holiday, that we had already been without electricity for more than an hour, and that fixing the property’s electrical problem was not our responsibility. Only then did they finally agree to send someone. After waiting approximately another 30 minutes, the electricity was finally restored. Of course, after this experience, we did not dare to use the hairdryer again because we did not want to risk having the same problem. In addition, the towels were not properly clean and we found hairs on them. The only compensation offered by the property was allowing us to extend our check-out time by a few hours. We also tried calling Booking.com to ask for assistance. Do not assume that you will necessarily receive meaningful help by phone from Booking.com. Despite being a top-tier member, I was unable to get the support I expected. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant accommodation experience
