Vacanza eccezionale, oltre ogni aspettativa. A 2 km dalle spiagge stupende di Bosa e dal suo centro storico, quartiere residenziale, tranquillo, ideale per riposarsi e stare in famiglia. Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per 3 notti: dotata di ogni comfort, camere e soggiorno molto spaziosi, due bagni grandi; in cucina e in frigo abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per la colazione (molto meglio di un b&b); entrambi i bagni muniti di saponi e detergenti. Tutto perfettamente funzionante e casa nuovissima. Ma soprattutto gentilezza e disponibilità per ogni esigenza: Sara é super accogliente e si percepisce subito la passione e l'amore per quello che fa. Consiglio vivamente la scelta della struttura. The contact ahead of arrival was very nice and handover of keys was smooth. Sara and her son took the time to show us around and explain everything really well. The flat is very spacious (every single room has a lot of space) and perfectly clean. Especially the kitchen is very well equipped, and there is a ton of helpful things you would not expect, like sun protection for the beach, extra towels and small chairs. The AC is the three rooms can be controlled separately and is really powerful and quiet. Host Sarah was very responsive and quick and gave also helpful advice regarding. what to visit around Bosa. The flat is only 5 minutes away from the city centre (by car, or by bike, which we used a lot) and you can park on the street directly in front of the house.

The only thing we missed a bit was having our meals outside. While there are three nice balconies (access from kitchen and bedrooms), all of them are a bit too small for a tabel for four persons. However, this was transparent from the photos and we knew at time of booking.

This was the best apartment during our 2 week journey in Sardinia, sad we stayed just 1 night. We trully felt like staying at home! The location is in a quiet residential area, in 5min driving distance from Bosa center. Parking is on the streen next to the entrance door. All newly renovated and cosy interior apartment over 2 floors. With very well equipped rooms and kitchen, with welcome package for breakfast in the fridge. Main kitchen supplies, tools, baking papers, spices, etc. were available - all you would have like at home. 2 bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) was a great relief for our family to do evening and morning routines. 3 air conditioners was great as there was +34 outside in the day time. Checking in was easy - we just messaged 15min before arrival to the host, and she was waiting for us. We were allowed to arrive earlier at 1pm that was very helpful to unload our luggage and spend half a day at the Marina beach. The host with her son explained us all the essentials in English what helped us to better plan our stay around Bosa. Checking out was even more easy - we just left keys inside and shut the doors.

Note, there are stairs from the street to the apartment entrance, and then other stairs to the bedrooms, so perhaps could be challenging for some people (for us was just fine). One airconditioning was not properly functioning (cooling was not working), but it was very late in the night when we noticed it. We got instructions from the host on how to reset it, but we were already checking out. So my suggestion is to check all air conditioning functionality right on your arrival so host could fix it right on time.
