Bosa Eye House 1873

Loved the location , close to restaurants bars and old town but quiet , gorgeous views, spacious, and homely. A bonus having use of large rooftop terrace and exclusive use of hot tub and small terrace for River room. Would definitely love to go back of 4 different destinations in Sardinia this was our favourite for a 5 night relaxing stay soaking up the chilled vibes and enjoying delicious meals with superb service in all restaurants . We also enjoyed the sunset river cruise. The host was extremely helpful

It would have been nice to have use of the kitchen facility even to prepare the odd snack.

The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning — you look straight out over Bosa’s colorful old town and the castle on the hill. The interior design is impeccable, clearly done with great taste and attention to detail, and the facilities were excellent throughout. The house feels like something out of a design magazine while still being comfortable to live in.

Honestly, nothing worth mentioning — everything lived up to expectations.

Wij vonden de faciliteiten in het huis te minimaal. Bijv. het compleet ontbreken van de mogelijkheid om iets te eten klaar te maken (keukenkastjes op slot, niets van borden en bestek). Dat had wel duidelijk in de beschrijving mogen staan.

The location is quite central and the common spaces are well put together and trendy. There is a nice view from the property

We were very disappointed with our stay. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any rest. The host imposed an excessive number of rules about what was or wasn’t allowed, which made the experience feel unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming. Nothing was provided in the room—not even drinking water—which felt inhospitable. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was either non-existent or ineffective, and the room was uncomfortably hot throughout the night. Overall, this was not the level of comfort or hospitality we expected.
