De rustig gelegen en op het oosten gerichte accomodatie, keek uit op het Castello Malaspina. Het centrum van Bosa met z'n vele winkeltjes en restaurants was op loopafstand. Parkeren ging probleemloos aan een 50 meter verder gelegen zijweg. Twee supermarkten lagen over de Ponte Vecchio op zo'n 10 minuten lopen. Via Whatsapp was het probleemloos communiceren met de gastvrouw.

Geheel onverwacht, en nieuw voor mij, bleek dat ik een huurovereenkomst diende te ondertekenen bij degene aan wie ik de touristenbelasting kon afdragen. Zij had twee exemplaren ervan bij zich, die behalve niet identiek waren en waarin ook nog fouten zaten. Na het aanbrengen van de nodige wijzigingen hebben we beiden onze handtekening gezet.

Wat een prachtige plek is Casa Allende, aan de rand van Bosa ,maar je kunt overal naartoe lopen. Het is een compleet huis met 3 verdiepingen en 3 toilets en 3 douches Wasmachine aanwezig en een prachtig terras en druivenrank. Complete keuken dus van alle gemakken voorzien. Bosa is een fantastische plek met een gezellig centrum en overal leuke eetgelegenheden.

Het 2 persoonsbed op de 1ste verdieping is klein, ik denk 1.20 breed . Dus dat zou een verbeterpunt zijn. Dit ook gemeld.

В данном доме почти все как дома, мило, тихо, комфортно, Удобные кровати, на кухне все есть, очень хорошее расположение, вроде и в центре всех событий в городе , но при этом тихо и спокойно Рядом пляж, 5 мин на машине Я буду стараться вернуться сюда снова
