Stanovanje je v 3 nadstropju. Parkiranje je na ulici pred nastanitvijo. Stanovanje je prostorno, z opremljeno kuhinjo. Imajo tudi balkon z mizico in pralnim strojem. Stanovanje ima klimatske naprave. Prevzem ključa je s kodo.
Vonj po odtoku. Kopalna kad z majhno zaveso za tuširanje.

L'appartamento si trova al 3 piano senza ascensore appartamento molto caldo e solo aria condizionata in camera da letto. Bagno con vasca e un doccino con getto o di acqua limitano. La biancheria da bagno e letto non conforme per un appartamento in affitto turistico. In cucina anche le stoviglie insufficienti e vecchie. Da rivedere molte cose igienicamente non adatto per un affitto
