Great location, clean, comfortable, great hosts, and cheap too!
The bidet was not working properly and the toilet paper holder kept falling off but nothing else other than that.

The furniture and utensils provided were all good quality and nice to use. There washing detergent given as well to wash clothes with the washing machine. Swimming pool is nice to swim in with kids and there is a good gym near the swimming pool.
The air-cond keep leaking water droplets and made drying clothes at the rack difficult.

Clean, smart electrical features, thoughtful cute and aesthetic decorations, very cosy and warm feels just like home
May have sound disturbances if you stay home during the day as have lots renovations on-going as the property still new, but pass 6pm all quiet down

The place is really clean and comfortable. Great for family stay. Facilities such as swimming pool, children's playground and gym are well maintained. It is also close to Angsana mall, Laundry, 7-eleven, Anytime Fitness gym, Manhattan fish market. The host is also very responsive and provides very clear instructions.
The deposit of RM200 that you will need to provide just before check-in - it should be stated as part of the property information to avoid any doubts or confusion. Also please be aware to take note of every single item in the property is in good condition to avoid any disputes on deposit refund after you check-out
