Location was good. Quiet. All items in the apartment was working and useable. Comfortable too. Sufficient room for more than 4 adults. Safe for children too. Parking is sufficient.
There was many ants on the floor, at the bathroom area, in the room, at the kitchen area, and worse, it was on the bed! Had to immediately call and report the issue. Parking was a bit dark and dusty.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location was strategic and close to restaurants and attractions. Checking in is fairly simple. Ample parking space.

The property is rather new so it is comfortable to stay. The master room is facing the main road but the sound proof window block 80% of the noise so it is Ok. The 2nd room is very quiet as there is no window. It isi about 4-5 minutes walk to Ipoh Parade. Location wise is good. From the balcony, can see the mountains.
The property provides only body shompoo and the dish soap. You need to prepare the rest on your own. There was no communication from the property about the check-in details until I contacted them the night before check-in.
