Inside, you’ll find a bright open living area with vaulted wood ceilings, a large sectional, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The theater area features a projector screen and Roku smart TV, making it a great spot for movie nights or watching the game. The sunroom style game space includes shuffleboard and lots of natural light for even more family fun. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless appliances, plenty of counter space, island seating, and everything you need to prepare meals for the group. Just off the kitchen, the large dining table makes it easy to gather for meals, games, or planning the day’s adventures. A coffee bar with K Cup selection is also provided to help start your mornings.

The private ensuite bathroom features a double vanity and a large walk in shower with dual shower heads. The second bathroom includes a tub and shower combo, making it convenient for families and larger groups.



Outside, guests can enjoy the shared riverfront spaces, including kayaks, a firepit, picnic area, and covered dock pavilion. The covered porch also includes a charcoal grill and a great place to relax after a day on the water or at the beach.



Families will appreciate the pack and play provided for little ones. Resort quality linens and luxury towels are included, along with starter essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, and dishwasher pods to help make your stay easy and comfortable.

You’ll have full access to the house. Yard and parking area is shared with the ground floor unit. We provide self check-in via smart lock, your access code will be sent midday on your arrival date so you can head straight to your vacation without any delays.
