THIS IS AN OLDER HOME-BUT WELL KEPT.
This is a home with 4 bedrooms & 2 baths. Located 1 miles from Foley Sports Complex, Tanger Outlets, OWA & The Gulf Bowl Family Entertainment Center. Right by Beach Express so you can hop on Beach Express and be at The Wharf in 10 minutes also 8 miles north of Gulf Shores. You are in the center of everything in the Foley area. This home sits on 10 acres joined with the owners 30 acres where they have horses and cows. Guest will have access to the 1 acre around the home. Has an outdoor covered patio grilling area just built. Plenty of parking!
The home is private with no next-door neighbors but yet in a neighborhood.
Master has a king bed and private bath, 2 bedrooms both updated to king rooms, 4th has a double bunk room has 2 sets of bunks and a pull-out sleeper sofa in one of the den rooms. Here for a ball tournament? Close to all the sports complexes including Foley, Orange Beach and about 30 miles to Fairhope and Spanish Fort.
This rental is available at a discounted rate for a snowbird for months of January February and March.

The property was in the perfect location. It sits on an acre of land which was secluded enough not to bother any neighbors but close to all the activities that we did, Tropic Falls, glow in the dark kayaking, outlet, shopping, eating, etc. The owner, Sonya was very easy to communicate with and very polite. This is an excellent place to stay if you have little kids giving them lots of room to run around. The only thing that would have made the trip better is if there had been a swimming pool.
The property was well stocked with needed supplies, dishes, garbage bags, towels, BBQ grills, etc. My grandkids also enjoyed seeing all of the animals and taking nature walks. I will definitely consider staying his at this property for my next visit to Foley, Alabama.

The house was clean, and the AC works great!! TVs in both Dens, The Master, and the bunk room. There is also a box fan in each bedroom that I noticed as well, just in case you wanted that extra air &/or noise like some people are use to. We cooked a few times and did laundry and things, no issues. Otherwise we all were away for a majority of the time. Easy to get to Orange beach.

Clothes left from previous guest lip stick or powers on pillows cases and I like pulling linen off bed when I leave
