About this apartment rental
Your Margrit apartment occupies the entire middle floor of the single-family home and has its own separate entrance. You’ll reach your vacation apartment via a wide entrance staircase.
Your own large terrace, complete with patio furniture and a private beach chair, invites you to enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the morning sunshine or to soak up the sun to your heart’s content.
Your vacation rental consists of a large living room with an open-concept kitchen, a bedroom, a hallway, and a foyer where the coat closet is located.
Your apartment has its own bathroom with a shower. In the large living room, you’ll find a round sofa set that can be converted into a bed for up to two people. A 49-inch 4K flat-screen TV allows you to watch many regional, national, and international TV channels. We provide Wi-Fi for our guests.
Your Bosch brand kitchen, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped, including a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a built-in stove, and a coffee maker. For romantic evenings, there is a wood-burning stove in the living area. Suitable firewood can be provided upon request for a fee.
The bedroom features a large double bed for sleeping, dreaming, and relaxing! Two large built-in wardrobes provide ample storage space.
If you’d like, you can also book interim cleaning services for €90 each. The garden also features a seating area and a beach chair for relaxing, as well as a rotary clothesline for drying beach and swimwear.
If needed, you can use our laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board at the Hotel & Ferienpension Elisabeth at Jugendweg 18.
If the vacation rental is not left in proper condition upon departure, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of €160.00!
Haus Bergmann is located just 2 minutes from the beach, so you can enjoy the soothing sound of the waves and the scent of the sea right in your bedroom! The oxygen- and iodine-rich air from the Baltic Sea will ensure you get a restful, health-promoting night’s sleep. Highly recommended for allergy sufferers! Pets are not allowed in this house. Our fully equipped vacation apartments are located on different floors of the house and each has a separate entrance. Three electric car charging stations are located at the Hotel & Ferienpension Elisabeth at Jugendweg 18, which you’re welcome to use.
