This 2BD/2BA ground-level townhome is the perfect home base for your next group trip to Columbus! Located in Victorian Village, you`re just minutes from the Short North, local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and everything Columbus has to offer.
Guests will enjoy a newly renovated space featuring:
-Gas fireplace
-Large TVs, including TVs in both bedrooms
-Modern, fully equipped kitchen
-One designated parking space onsite in the garage
-2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
One designated parking space in the onsite garage is included with your stay. Parking for additional vehicles is not guaranteed, so please plan accordingly if you`re traveling with more than one vehicle.
This is a ground-level unit that is part of a townhome. While the space is private, you may occasionally hear normal household noise from the neighboring or adjoining unit. We ask guests to be respectful of the shared residential setting.

No Smoking or Vaping
For everyone’s comfort, please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the suite. A $500 deep cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.

Pets
We love being able to host your pets! Please help us maintain cleanliness during and after your stay — if additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee may apply.
Cleaning
If extra cleaning is needed beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee of $100 per hour may apply.
Weather & Power Outages
We’re unable to provide refunds for weather events or power outages. Travel insurance is recommended to help protect your plans.
Weapons
For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons or firearms are not permitted on the property. Anyone found carrying weapons will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.

Please, no parties or large gatherings. A $2,500 fine may apply if this rule is broken.
