The property consists of a three-bedroom home plus a separate sleep-out, accommodating up to 12 guests. The main house features a family bathroom with a shower over bath, plus separate toilet, while the sleep-out includes its own modern bathroom with shower and toilet — ideal for guests wanting a little extra privacy or space. The two buildings are connected by a deck, creating a seamless flow between spaces and making it easy for everyone to gather together while still enjoying room to spread out.
Outdoor living is at the heart of this holiday home. Fire up the BBQ after a day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor shower, and relax on the deck while the kids play safely in the fully fenced backyard. The generous lawn area provides plenty of space for children to run around, giving parents peace of mind.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
