๐ Check-in/out: We offer flexible check-in when possibleโjust share your estimated arrival time. Standard check-out is by 11 AM.
๐ Unauthorized Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay at the property. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or bringing unregistered guests will result in a โฌ150 fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.
๐ Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may use the outdoor areas if needed. Please note that indoor smoking will incur a โฌ100 fine.
๐ Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation.
๐ Security: The gated community is safe and secure. We simply suggest locking up when heading out for peace of mind.
๐ Community Rules: The property is part of a friendly residential area, so we kindly ask guests to avoid parties or loud gatherings.
๐น For your awareness, there are two security cameras on the propertyโone on the terrace facing the sea and another facing the front sidewalk. Rest assured, both will remain turned off and deactivated during your stay to fully respect your privacy.
To help us maintain the high standards of the property and ensure everything is in perfect condition for your stay, we kindly ask for a refundable security deposit of โฌ1,500.00. This is a standard procedure and simply serves as a precaution for any potential damages or extra cleaning that might be needed.
Rest assured, the full amount will be refunded after your check-out, following a quick inspection of the property. The deposit is typically returned well within 15 days, and often much sooner.
Please note that the check-in instructions will be provided once the deposit has been received.
