About this villa rental
Built in 1970 and completely renovated last year, the house has been reconfigured for maximum comfort in a seaside style in neutral tones. Set back from the road and nestled under the pine trees, the entrance is through an arched door that opens directly into the living room. The 75 m² living room is bathed in light from morning to evening and houses under its cathedral ceiling and exposed framework a generous living room with a wood stove for the late season, a dining area for 10 guests and a kitchen equipped with Smeg appliances around a central island. A large bay window to the east gives access to the Millboard terrace where an outdoor lounge area, a dining area and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with plancha, barbecue, dishwasher, American fridge and its own crockery, oscillates around a 9 x 4 swimming pool, heated with Balinese tiles. On the first floor, the five beautifully decorated bedrooms with woodwork headboards and cupboards with shuttered doors, are divided into two sleeping areas on either side of the living room, each with its own private shower room. The master with its bathtub and a second bedroom benefit from privileged access to the terrace around the piscine.La house also includes a laundry room, air conditioning, a bicycle shelter and a car charging station on the two parking spaces. Unlimited leisure with the petanque court and the ping pong table.
