Fully renovated, Villa Balaou can accommodate up to 12 guests, with the option of hosting 2 additional people in the independent bedroom located in the pool house (by the swimming pool).
The house features 6 main bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all.

Bright and spacious living room with triple exposure, opening onto the garden.
-Modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, ovens, stovetops, fridge-freezer, toaster, and kettle.
-Warm and elegant atmosphere, perfect for family or friends’ getaways.
-Fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and safe.
-Separate toilets on each level.

-Several sunny or shaded terraces under the pine trees.
-A heated swimming pool (10 × 5 m) and a jacuzzi.
-Sun loungers and outdoor lounge furniture.
-A fully equipped summer kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas plancha, and charcoal barbecue.
-A large dining table under a covered terrace by the pool, plus another at the front of the villa.
-Outdoor shower and WC.
💡 The pool is heated from mid-May to mid-September, depending on weather conditions.
For stays of less than one week as well as from January to April, the jacuzzi is available for an additional fee of €300. Please specify this at the time of booking.

Solène, your local expert, will personally welcome you upon arrival and show you around the villa.
She will remain available throughout your stay to assist with concierge services such as bike or boat rentals, restaurant recommendations, private chef, babysitting, or local activities.

La maison Balaou est charmante, tout concourt à en faire un lieu de vacances idéal pour réunir la famille! De l espace, des chambres accueillantes... Nous avons aimé l ambiance, sa déco, ses petits coins bien aménagés, son joli jardin, ses terrasses, la piscine et le jacuzzi ! Enfin bref nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine sous le soleil ! Joli coin !

Wohnbereich Böden und Möbel unvollständig gereinigt (Grosse Menge Krümel im Ausziehtisch, Dreck unter Stühlen und Tischen, Küche Arbeitsplatten und Spüle nicht vernünftig abgewischt, Bäder mit Schimmel im Nassbereich, Abflüsse verstopft, Auflagen für Liegen schadhaft und nicht ausreichend, Grill total verdreckt.
Die Holzdielen im Terrassen-und Poolbereich waren mangelhaft befestigt, d.h entweder lose oder die Schraubenköpfe der Befestigungsschrauben standen aus den Dielen 1-2mm heraus. Hohe Verletzungsgefahr.
Der Mietpreis ist für das gebotene maßlos überzogen.
Das Haus wirkt vernachlässigt. Reklamation bezüglich Z.B Verstopfung wurden jedoch umgehend erledigt. Die wöchentliche Zwischenreinigung ließ in der Ausführung erheblich zu wünschen übrig-man konnte danach aber nachvollziehen wieso das Haus so aussieht wie es aussieht.
