Aldea Zama is the closest community in Tulum to the glorious beaches, hotels, restaurants and shopping. It is a planned community with residential, multi-unit and well integrated commercial development, providing walk and park areas, 24 hour security. Aldea Zama is considered one of the most exclusive areas of Tulum. Very well located from the main attractions, restaurants and of course the amazing Tulum Beach. There is also a little plaza inside Aldea Zama with restaurants and little cafes and shops, a fresh market with local products, food, wine and more. Beauty Salon & Spa and Yoga Studios all just within walking or distance. Located conveniently between town and the beach.



Getting Around:

If you decide to rent a car, you will be able to explore all of Tulum and more. There are many cool cenotes, lagoons, parks, and beaches to see. However, Tulum is also easily accessible by taxi, bicycle, public transportation, or a combination.



Other Things to Note:

*Electricity and water are very expensive assets in Tulum. We have considered and included average consumption of both in the rate of your stay. We ask that you make sure all sliding doors are closed when the AC is on and please of course use the AC to your comfort level but try to not run it excessively and turn it down at night when the temperature is always cooler.
