About this house rental
The villa was designed to allow guests to fully immerse themselves in Tulum's natural beauty and enjoy a relaxing stay. It features 5 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, there is a private pool in the center of the house, a garden and a stunning rooftop terrace surrounded by a wonderful natural environment, accommodating up to ten guests.
The bedrooms have large windows overlooking the pool, the garden, dining area, the lounge, and the terrace, all surrounded by lush vegetation, providing a relaxing experience.
The garden, pool, patio, and living room are connected creating an open space that encourages to enjoy and have a good time.
From the terrace lounge or while reclining on the sun loungers, you can enjoy the sunset with a stunning view of the natural surroundings.
There are one parking spaces on the property and two on the street, in front of the house.

Situated between the beach and Tulum town in Aldea Zama neighborhood, which is the most exclusive and urbanized neighborhood in Tulum.
Within the neighborhood, guests will find a variety of charming restaurants, bars, and small shops within walking distance from the villa.
Supermarkets are conveniently located around a 10-minute drive from the property, and some convenience stores are within walking distance.
The beach is easily accessible, taking only 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike.
The daily rate may vary depending on the number of guests on the reservation.

-Bedroom 3, situated at the front of the house, offers a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, closet, and a workspace.
-Dining room
-Living Room with 2 sofa beds and a Smart TV with Netflix.
-Patio with an outdoor dining area, foosball table, private pool, garden, and bike parking area.
The pool measuring 7 meters long and 1.40 mts depth is centrally located in front of the patio, living room and bedrooms.
FIRST FLOOR:
-Bedroom 4 features a private balcony and two full beds with an ensuite bathroom, closet, and workspace.
-Bedroom 5 offers a private terrace and balcony, a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, closet, and workspace.
-The rooftop terrace is equipped with outdoor lounge chairs, a shower, and a seating and dining area, ideal for relaxing or stargazing under the open sky.

Super easy, safe and clean

We stayed for three days at maria and Arturo‘s placeWe came from Isla Mujeres and my son had left his backpack at the ferry in Cancun. There was a minor issue with a fan that would not turn off in the house so not only did Arturo and maria come all the way from Cancun back to Tulum to fix it, but they also found and picked up my son‘s lost backpack from the ferry terminal. These hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed their kindness knows no boundaries. I highly recommend their house. It is exactly as described and if this is your first time to the area, this is the place you want to stay thank you again Maria and Arturo for helping us in our time of need

We loved staying here! The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, toilet paper, both bath and pool towels, and pool toys. Maria and Arturo are so nice and went out of their way to take care of us.
We would definitely stay here again. It’s a beautiful house and worked so well for our family.

This is a beautiful property. The landlord was always helpful and responded quickly to my concerns. The construction in this neighborhood we felt was a bit loud and dangerous to be right next door to this property. But overall, me and my guest enjoyed the house and felt safe at all times.
