Guest Access:
Driveway parking is available for up to 3 cars. No more than 3 cars are allowed, and there is no overflow parking.
No more than 6 guests are allowed, per the rules of the permit issued by the town.

Carrboro is very walkable, and many local restaurants, coffee shops, and shops are just a short stroll away. For anything farther, driving is easy and rideshares like Uber/Lyft are readily available. UNC-Chapel Hill is only a quick drive away. Franklin Street is less than a mile away and the UNC Chapel Hill Campus is 2 miles making it the perfect location for your UNC weekend fun!

Lovely and comfortable accommodations! The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower was great. The extras of toothbrushes, toothpaste and razors was a game changer. I normally have all of those items when I travel but needed a razor and it was so nice to know I didn't need to make a run to the store!

Perfect location for a concert at Cats cradle or anything UNC Chapel Hill campus. Overall, the place was very nice and clean.The address in the listing was incorrect and took us to N. Greensboro instead of S. Greensboro. We contacted the property manager through VRBO and it took a while to hear back. Once they update the address on the listing, it will be fine. Overall, a good place to stay.

We loved this place... spacious, super clean, fenced yard, two full baths with a good laundry setup, kitchen has everything you need (and not a bunch of stuff you don't)... great location near downtown Carrboro. The host was super responsive. A-plus!

The house was perfect for our weekend visiting our son at UNC! It was close enough that we could walk 25 minutes to meet him on campus. The street the house is on does not have a sidewalk so use caution when walking; however, during the day we had no problem walking in the grass area by the road until we got to the sidewalk streets. It’s a short 5 minute drive to anything around Carrboro/ Franklin St. area. We enjoyed being able to have space and even do some laundry for my son while visiting. We typically stay in a hotel when visiting, but I will definitely stay here again. The hosts were excellent and available for all my questions. We were so busy with activities on campus that we didn’t get to enjoy the nice backyard area. Next time, hopefully we will have time to sit outside and enjoy the fire pit.
