Our three bedroom house is located in Southern Village, a lovely community setting with sidewalks, parks, and a village of its own, complete with a movie theatre, grocery store, restaurants, a coffee shop and more--all within walking distance! Just minutes from UNC and Franklin Street shops, restaurants and sporting events. And with a park and ride bus lot located in the development, there is no need to drive to downtown Chapel Hill for your sporting event or graduation.

Great location and overall a reasonable stay. There were only three washcloths (and we really had to search for them) and one was visibly dirty. In general, it could have been cleaner. Even with those caveats we would stay there again, as the location is ideal.

Pros of this property: fully stocked kitchen, location is great (bus to UNC, Morgan Creek path, walk to Southern Village center, in a quiet neighborhood), and comfortable king size bed.

Great location and clean house. Easy check in. Toiletries are NOT provided (shampoo, body wash, tissues, etc) which was not clearly stated on the listing. The beds were uncomfortable. The comforters were dirty and the pillows were gross, old, and falling apart. The upstairs bathroom had a light bulb out and the hand towel holder was broken and not attached to the wall.
