CHECK-IN TIME
- Check-in is after 3 pm.
- We encourage our guests to let us know their estimated arrival time.
- Early check-in can be requested.
CHECK-OUT TIME
- Check-out is 10 am.
- Late check-out can be requested.
GUESTS
- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.
Guest Verification & Damage Deposit
-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
PLEASE BE NOTED: Tiling works will carry out from March 3rd and shall be completed on April 2nd, 2026. It will start from the entrance of the building up to the 1st floor only. This is to improve the building interior to maintain the best guest experience.
RULES

- No smoking.
- No parties.
- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.
PARKING
-This apartment does not come with a parking bay. Although, parking can be arranged by contacting our host when you make your booking, there is a fee of $15 per night. It is subject to availability. (Vertical Clearance: 2 meters)
