The floors, decorated with high-quality wood or river pebbles, some of which are painted blue, immediately catch the eye. The colours blue and white also run through the rooms in keeping with the villa's name and form an absolutely harmonious blend with the colours of the sky and the nearby sea, which can be seen almost everywhere from the inside. The living room and a practical toilet are located on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a dining area, an original bodega, a simple bathroom and a bathroom with shower as well as two bedrooms. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped white kitchen and a dining room with stunning views, as well as two further bedrooms, a WC and a bathroom with shower and bath. From this living level, you can access the large terrace with a chill-out area and dining table. There is another small living room on the third floor. This could also be used as a home office if required. Conveniently, a toilet is also installed up here. It is sometimes difficult to adequately describe such properties in words - the pictures really do speak for themselves! The exclusive Villa Blanca is enthroned above the sea in an urban, upmarket location south of Canyamel on Mallorca. The views of the sea and the rocky coastline are sensational. The location on the road connects you perfectly with various destinations. In the small coastal town within walking distance, you can do your shopping or visit one of the restaurants and bars. The fine sandy Playa de Canyamel is also nearby.
