This 2 bedroom first floor apartment was recently refurbished and is situated within Aldeia Portucale, a condominium in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, featuring beautifully landscaped gardens. Its proximity to the Club House and the first tee make it ideal for golfers who want to enjoy the Praia d’el Rey course.
When you first enter the house, you’ll be greeted by a wide entrance hall. Just ahead, you’ll find the very spacious living and dining room, stylishly furnished with a large comfortable sofa facing the TV and fireplace, as well as a dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
The master bedroom is set with a double bed, and has access to a balcony with an outside dining area overlooking the pool. The second bedroom is set with two single beds and also has access to a balcony with seating with views to the golf course. There is a large family bathroom and a separate shower room.
Aldeia Portucale is a cluster of apartment buildings with 36 two and three bedroom apartments, with its own large shared pool (heated from May to September) and separate children’s pool. There are communal barbeques within the beautiful landscaped gardens, for the use of all apartment huests. There is parking immediately in front of the buildings and the shuttle bus stop is just outside which will take you around the resort free of charge.
The condominium is situated in the center of the Praia d’el Rey Golf & Beach Resort, facing the driving range and located at about 200 meters from the Club House and the first tee. The sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away, or 2 minutes by car.
