About this house rental
Our home is nestled in a secluded tree-lined lot close to resort golf courses within the Galena Territory.
Once you drive in, you will feel at peace with plenty of nature and space all around you. With much attention to detail, we have designed our home to provide our guests with comfort, convenience, and function, so that you feel at home. Simply bring your excitement, and a few personal items, we have the rest covered for you.
We are new to VRBO but have lots of perfect reviews on ARBNB.
The space:
The home has been completely refreshed with new paint, new carpets, and new furniture in 2024.
Accommodation for up to 8 guests:
3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths.
5 Beds- 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 Twin, 1 Twin pull-out bed, 1 Full Airbed
Plenty of blankets, bath towels, and swim towels.
Full kitchen with all necessary amenities, including coffee and tea- of course;
Rented to family, friends, and trusted parties ONLY.
Sorry, no smoking of any kind or pets. Owners have severe allergies.
Guests with Emotional Support Animals require written letters from a psychiatrist only. Certified Service Animals must show a copy of their Certification before booking. Approval for either of these accommodations is required before booking.
Due to the health condition of hosts, all guests with ESA or Certified Service Animals are required to pay cleaning costs x4 to remediate home of allergens.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the whole house and property, plus access to the Owners Club, only 1 mile away, which includes Indoor/outdoor swimming, arcade, table games, gym, tennis court, basketball/pickle ball court, and game room.
The Territory also offers access to the following locations:
-Waterfall
-Marina
To park at the owner's club, marina, or waterfall, you'll need a Guest Parking Pass. (Provided)
Other things to note:
Exterior doors have secondary locks at top trim. Just pull the metal unit down to unlock or turn key to open.
