Located near Bastia, in the municipality of San-Martino-di-Lota, Villa Carla is a charming house surrounded by nature—ideal for a relaxing holiday between sea and mountains.
Nestled in a lush, green setting with no overlooking neighbours, the house offers peace, plenty of natural light, and beautiful open views over the Corsican maquis and the surrounding mountains.

The villa accommodates up to 5 guests and is laid out as follows :
Upstairs :
* one bedroom with a double bed
* one bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds
Downstairs :
* a large, bright living room with a fireplace and TV
* a cosy dining area
* Wi-Fi available throughout the house
* air conditioning in the kitchen and dining room
Fully equipped kitchen :
Oven, microwave, coffee machine, complete tableware, wine glasses, washing machine, and a small wine fridge.
Bathroom :
A modern bathroom with a beautiful walk-in (Italian-style) shower, a natural stone sink, and a heated towel rail.
Outdoor areas :
The house opens onto a large covered terrace with a big wooden dining table, as well as an outdoor lounge area with sofas—perfect for relaxing.

The property is located on a very quiet small lane with very little traffic.
