The peaceful position is surrounded by beautiful walks and within a stone’s throw from a charming village pub. Locations don’t get much more perfect than The Carriage House for a perfect Yorkshire staycation!. All on the First Floor:

The Carriage House is a stunning 200-year-old barn set in the picturesque village of Bilbrough, tucked away just outside the historic medieval city of York which is one of the most visited cities outside of London, meaning you have quick access to all the independent shops, café’s, pubs, restaurants and the many tourist attractions it has to offer.
The Carriage House provides fabulous variations of self-catering properties, from apartments to a perfect little holiday cottage, ideal for a holiday, weekend away or gathering of family and friends for a special occasion.
Other towns and cities close by are the fashionable spa town of Harrogate, Wetherby and Leeds. The Carriage House is also on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks, both full of bike trails and beautiful scenic walks. The Carriage House is also well positioned for both York and Wetherby racecourses so why not have a day at the races and a little flutter?
If you fancy a day at the beach, the gorgeous east coast can be found in just over one hour with its glorious stretches of golden sands and tiny fishing villages, so don’t forget to pack your bucket and spade. Bilbrough is also home to a wonderful country pub serving a variety of local ales and fantastic home cooked pub grub, with this being 150 yards away from The Carriage House there is no need to leave the village with walks right from your doorstep.
