Beautiful home in Cala Millor

Due to its location on a picturesque hill, the property is blessed with particularly beautiful and expansive sea views from all terraces, the pool and many rooms in the house! Cala Millor is almost at your feet. The Na Penyal mountain flanks the picture to your left, while the sea glistens on the horizon. For this reason, you won't find such a picturesque outdoor atmosphere anywhere else. Aside from the surroundings, the same goes for the inner charm of the property itself. The cosy, covered L-shaped terrace right next to the house is the perfect place to extend breakfast and evening hours. The dining table is a wonderful place to socialise and enjoy the fantastic view. At the end of the day, the gas barbecue at the side of the house will tempt you. Here you can prepare fresh local produce to your own taste and then savour it as you wish. The pool with blue tiles is located slightly away from the building. It is surrounded by beautiful natural stone walls and has its very own private domain. Relax to your heart's content on the comfortable lounge chairs or on the chic artificial rattan sofa that awaits its guests under the awning. And as the villa is located close to a safari, you get free exotic animal sounds such as the cries of lions, birds and monkeys.







The two-storey house offers 180 square metres of space for individual needs and complete enjoyment. Pretty paintings and traditional embroidery combined with classic furniture create a personal and cosy ambience. On the ground floor of the house are the large, solid living/dining area and the spacious kitchen. You can see the sea from all the windows in the living room! It is just as tempting to retreat to one of the comfortable armchairs or the sofa to read an exciting book, watch an entertaining film or stretch your legs in front of the cosy, warm wood-burning stove on chilly evenings. The typical Mallorcan kitchen has all the amenities you need for a relaxed self-catering holiday, including a 5-burner gas hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, double sink, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. If you fancy cooking for a large group of guests, the second kitchen offers the perfect conditions for this. Perhaps you could turn it into a cookery competition or a cooking event? The practical guest bathroom with built-in washbasin is also located on this floor. Upstairs are the three large bedrooms with sea views (two with double beds, one with single beds) and the bathroom with double washbasin, bidet and walk-in shower. Armchairs and rocking chairs provide additional places where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the house.



The wide bay of Cala Millor with its fine sand has shallow access to the sea and is therefore ideal for families with children. The town itself offers numerous bars, restaurants and a supermarket as well as a wide range of water sports and leisure activities. If you prefer to explore unspoilt natural coves, the 18 Calas de Mallorca around Cala Millor and Porto Cristo on the northern beaches will be just right for you. Visit the beautiful sandy bay of Cala Varquez or Cala Domingo, for example. Your holiday is guaranteed to be perfect later in the evening at the villa's own BBQ station or by the illuminated pool.



The natural stone villa Son Galta, which exudes a charm all of its own, is situated in a dreamy, slightly elevated location near Cala Millor in the east of the island. The sweeping view of the sea, which stretches from the Costa de los Pinos in the north-east to the so-called Calas de Mallorca in the south-east, can take your breath away! The nearest beach is only around three kilometres away. You can also reach Cala Millor in no time, where you can enjoy an evening meal or stroll along the beautiful beach promenade.
