This charming, recently restored three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage in Buxton is the ideal home base for your trip to the picturesque Peak District.. Ground Floor:

Sage Cottage is a unique little cottage that spans over three floors, on the ground floor is a modern and well-equipped kitchen, finished in a gorgeous pop of green, the kitchen has everything you would need to channel your inner chef and cook up a storm, as well as all the crockery and utensils you should require, there is a dining table to seat up to six guests. The sitting room has comfortable and ample seating with wall mounted smart TV and a log burner.
On the first floor is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a family bathroom offering a shower over bath. On the third floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and ensuite shower room. To the rear of the property, there is a courtyard back garden with garden furniture, and there is parking for two cars.
Located just a short walk from the town centre, you are on the doorstep to all this wonderful town has to offer, there are eateries in abundance suiting different budgets and cuisines, shops, the Pavilion Gardens as well as Buxton Opera House. There are many walking routes in and around Buxton that include the High Peak Trail and Goyt Valley, all with stunning scenery. Nearby you can visit the neighbouring towns and villages of Bakewell, Ashbourne, Matlock and Chatsworth, plus the Castleton Caverns offering something a little different to your stay.
