Smoking inside will result in a minimum $500 odor remediation fee.
6. No Pets (Unless Approved)
Pets are not allowed unless specifically approved before arrival.
Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees and possible cancellation.

Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after checkout.
