We booked this house just a few weeks out before Christmas. It was not cleaned well when we arrived. One of the guests with us found underwear under their bed when we arrived, the large table was not cleaned, cobwebs under cabinets in bathroom. kitchen had plenty of silverware, plates and cups, but anything else needed in the kitchen was sparse compared to other vrbos we have stayed in close by. When we did reach out prior and after they were responsive and fairly quick to answer.

We absolutely loved the house! It was very easy too book and communicate. The house is big and has enough space for everyone. Very nice and clean. I would highly recommend the house.
